can anyone share their application experiences please? I applied on Thursday 17 Feb and on same day i got email with reference number and a separate email with E Vetting invitation form which i sent back as well. But i haven't got an email with actual Evetting form yet. Fingers crossed !

there isn't any exact time frame but it could take around 2 weeks, it could be earlier as bit late as well. one of my friend got the link after about 2 weeks. good luck.

No I still haven't got any E vetting invitation email. Still waiting for there response since i applied on 17 Feb!

My last eVetting update was on March 2nd. "Disclosure viewed". 20 days later, still no news on that. Do you think maybe the whole Ukrainian refugees situation might be slowing down the process a bit? That's the only explanation I can find

I am not sure if that could affect the time on the decisions being made.
My disclosure was made on 22nd Feb,nothing until now.
The last scheme that was similar to this one had people get decisions on their applications as early as 3-4 weeks.
I really hope they start making decision soon

Seems we're pretty close. A friend of mine just got an update on his. He's a little behind on the eVetting but still. So damn hard to try and not be anxious during this process

I sent an email earlier just to ask how long it will roughly take from the time disclosure has been viewed,to a decision being made.
Will update if I get a response back.I think we are almost there.
Hopefully will be sooner that later

Oh nice one! Yeah, let us know please. I was thinking about writing them but I figured it would take them a long while to reply as well. I think they've got more applications than they expected

33 days after e-vetting disclosure,nothing still!

Due to the large volume of applications, the undocumented scheme unit is currently experiencing some delays in the processing of applications, therefore I am unable to give you an update as to the status of your application.

Processing times vary, depending on their complexity, the possible need for the unit to seek further information in relation to certain applications, and the resources available.

You will be contacted by email if further information is required to process your application and when a decision is made regarding your application you will be contacted via post. "

I guess we just wait and hope decisions will be made soon

I was looking at the parliamentary questions about the scheme.
Shows that as of 28th of February the Department has received 2,849 applications in respect of 3,570 people.

So I guess they are going through the applications on a slower pace.

it's still in process received my evetiing link 7th of march and completed on same day. it's not completed yet.

Normally takes 8-10 working days from the time Garda e-vetting department receives it.

Just to let you guys know,I got my positive approval letter today,stamp 4 for 2 years.

I received a letter today but I wasn't home. And my flatmate couldn't receive it for me. I have to go to the mail tomorrow. Hopefully, its the visa. But I won't be sure until tomorrow late in the afternoon, when I pick it up

I am absolutely sure that it is your approval letter.
They are sending them via registered post,so if your not home you will have to go collect it at the post.
