10 Year Partner Route Extension

I am making extension for my wife visa

My wife was issued 2.5 year visa and letter 10 year Partner Route visa

Now online form is confusing


what I should select ?

But I was told that English test is not necessary and so is earning requirements


Both questions coming in the form


I said no English test


Salary requirement i am full filing anyway
