After 5 Years with Stamp 4

Post by Maliklahore » Tue Nov 25, 2008 4:37 pm

Hi
I just passed my 5 Years with my Working Visa and Stamp 4 .
I never been unemployed during my 5 years . still holding a valid visa for 1 year. and also can get another working visa for 2 years on basses of my job . .I am an NON EU. each time i got 2 years Working Visa .
Question. I don't want to apply for LTR, can i apply directly for citizenship ? or do i have to have LTR before applying citizenship ?

Regards
M

No. In theory it is possible but I wouldnt chance it. Also, it is a requirement that you live in Ireland after becoming a citizen.
