Change address after naturalisation certificate issued

Post by corkms » Sat Jul 09, 2022 8:37 am

Very pleased that my naturalisation certificate arrived a couple weeks ago :D .

Noticed that our address is printed on it.

I recently moved house though. Do I need to notify any department that my address has changed?

I don't think it matters anymore as you have nothing to do with Inis/Justice anymore after you become Irish, except in the case if you live outside the country for 7 years which is retention.

You are an Irish national now so the immigration department no longer has any interest in you.

Of course Revenue is always there for you :)
