Skilled Visa applied from New Delhi over 10 weeks ago

Hi all,
A person, whom my company sponsored applied for Employer sponsored Skilled visa from New Delhi, India. His bio metrics was done on April 19, 2022. He had used the standard service. He still has not received any reply. UKVI website says the standard processing time is 6 weeks now a days, but its been over 10 weeks now!

I have written an email to businessHelpdesk@homeoffice.gov.uk about 10 days ago, but no reply.

Does anybody know how long the UK visa is taking in Delhi? Whom can I contact or ask to look into the application....
Any help is highly appreciated.

I read somewhere that for outside UK applications the max time taken is 12 weeks. So you might hear from them in 2 weeks. Hope for the best.

Sorry ... been waiting for 13 weeks and entered into 14th week yesterday.

You need to escalate. I got it in 8 weeks 2 days.
