Dependant VISA with TOEIC history

Post by hayathuk » Sat Jul 23, 2022 9:59 pm

Hello

I am a TOEIC victim, I left the country voluntarily in 2012 at my own expense. I collected my passport at the airport and there were no stamps or seals on my passport saying I was deported or removed. Now my wife is applying for a care worker visa and I wish to apply as a dependent and wondering if my TOEIC history would cause any problem.

I would truly appreciate it if anyone knowledgeable could offer some advice.

Thanks

Apply without suppressing any facts regarding TOEIC and see how they decide.

Your TOEIC history should not be a problem hopefully. Lots of challenge to the decisions made by UKBA then and affected persons got reprieve.

Hi AmazonianX

Yes I am aware of the recent events regarding TOEIC, and if the decision goes against me I am ready to fight in the court, but I hope it doesn't come to this.

And yes I will definitely let you guys know the result.

Thanks for your help
