Health and Care Worker visa - IELTS

For Health and Care Worker visa work permit, my collogue has been asked to score 4.5 for IELTS general test. Does UK accept only the IELTS - UKVI ? He doesn't have dates to book the IELTS - UKVI. Does UK accept the normal IELTS ?

UKVI will not accept normal IELTS.

In the past, there have been frauds - misrepresentation of the candidates in some exam centres.

Secure IELTS - during the test they check the ids, fingerprints by many different people. It is videographed.

Thanks for the reply. If he wished to do PTE, which test should he do for the health and care worker visa. The job offer is for a care worker position. In the PTE exam booking portal, there are multiple options to select under the UK visas,

Book PTE Academic UKVI
Book PTE Home A1
Book PTE Home A2
Book PTE Home B1

The requirement given in the UK home office website is CEFR - B1 level.
So the test he should take is, PTE Home B1 Or PTE Academic UKVI ?
