Naturalisation and changes in circumstances

Post by griffith2 » Sun Aug 07, 2022 11:15 am

Hi i applied for naturalisation back in april 2021.
No vetting received yet just an acknowledgement.

I will be changing my jobs, do i need to update the department as i gave them a letter from my current employer?

Also, one of the references have died, not sure what to do in this case ?

I applied on the basis of non eu 5 years residence in the state, last week i also sent a copy of a 10 years gnib card but haven't heard anything back from the department.

Don't think it's necessary to update them on the job. Not sure about the referee, but most likely you can leave it as is unless they ask.
