Application Vary to ILR

Hello Moderator,

I would like bring to you the timeline for my existing application:

Main Applicant: ILR application after 5 years of Tier 1 entrepreneur visa(Biometric done 22nd March 2023)
Dependent Wife: Further Leave to Remain since Life in UK was not completed(Biometric done 22nd March 23)
Dependent Son: Further Leave to Remain since criteria for 180 days not complete(Biometric done 22nd March 23)

My wife she just completed her life in UK test yesterday, my question is can I vary her application to ILR along with my son now?
Can the Varied application be eligible for Premium services?
Can it be together a family application ?

Please let me know how can I proceed to this ?

Yes. You can vary your family's applications to an ILR application.
Just submit the ILR application and mention in the cover letter that it is a variation application, providing references to the extension application
