D7 visa - Portugal

I am a UK Citizen (not dual nationality) living in Florida since Nov 2020. Can I apply for a D7 Visa for Portugal from US or must I return to UK.

You should be fine if you have are residing in the US. Call/email the consulate to confirm, though.
