Spouse VISA TB Test

Hi hope u good i have a immigration question to ask question is as following
On spouse visa application can we get the TB test done after online application but before biometrics?

I have submitted the online application but my tb appointment is a week before the biometrics appointment? Please advise shall i add a cover letter or my application will be rejected because of TB test done after the online application

It would be better to clarify such before taking the step.
Requirements are to be met and evidence supporting applications to be dated before or by application date.

TB test certificate would be present at the time of case worker making decision on the application in dated which would be there for him and 2nd with the TB test results one would establish that the person coming to the uk have no TB (positive) which can be established with that certificate either. So still do you think it would be an issue that leads to the rejection of whole application?

So what's the difference between two letters?
Will first one be in date?
