PBS dependant extension - No option for faster decision

Hi,

I got my ILR in Jan 2023 after completing 5 years on Skilled worker.
My wife's Skilled Worker dependant visa expires on 30 April 2024.
So she has to extend her PBS dependant visa first and will only be eligible for ILR in March 2025.
We filled the application using the app option.
The problem:
1. At the payment page it did not ask for IHS fees
2. It did not show any option for getting a faster decision
3. The visa extension fees was way less than what the page for PBS dependant extension says - it asked for £284 only

Is there no option for getting a faster decision in the above case? It says "you will get a decision within 8 weeks".
