Inquiry on child dependent UK student visa extension

Goodevening.

I am trying to extend my child dependent visa from the Uk for my 7 and 3 year old, they asked for bank statements to prove that we parents are responsible for them, my worry is that this children don't have bank statements and also thier biometrics were not asked for because I used the immigration app. Please should I be worried. I heard children usually go for biometrics in the UK

If this is about proving that they are not living an independent life, that is not a requirement for a 7- or 3-year-old child. only for a child 18+. Just add a note drawing attention to their ages.
