I was trying all the day today and nobody picked up the phone.

Anybody could talk to them?

they are not answering the phones or have put them on permanently engaged. i have been trying for two days from london and i have auto redial on my phone- no success

I also reached a free line several times on on Thursday and Friday but nobody picked the phone.

... you guys just have to keep trying. I got through twice on Friday around 13:00hr and spoke with a lady. It was very hard and you will need to keep re-dialing several times. Very frustrating indeed.
