there ar ppl from other colleges waiting as well, i think every 2nd month one college get highighted in forum, new users come up claiming they received refusal from the that specific college whose name has been mentioned much recently so i think its not good idea to use our institute name much

First of all, i totally agree with Saba85 that u guys should not mention any college names.

Secondly, a piece of advice for Pakipower. Sir Pakipower with all due respect I am going to register with a new name tonight and will start a new thread saying I got rejection from BLAHBLAH college. Would u believe me straight away?? May be u would as u did in Mr Oby1983's case. May be he is saying the truth but u did not need to exagerate it by starting another thread and naming it Bite 2. NO harsh feelings. just a peaceful advice. yeah? :)

Thirdly, guys at first home office never knew that colleges will go down to such filthy levels that they would start issuing fake diplomas. So they just started issuing PSW visas without even varifying from the college if the applicant has actually read from this college or not. Seeing this there were people, whom we call as oppurtunists, started issuing diplomas/certificates of well reputed colleges from home. But all of a sudden because of CCL scam home office started varifying diplomas from colleges. The people that we see getting rejections (because college did not varify) are the ppl who bought diplomas from such ppl (who made diplomas from home). well done UKBA

I hope this post will help u all

Cheers

As per my knowledge (correct me, if i m wrong), if you have got 5 or 6 months student visa left and your psw visa application is refused, you ll not get right of appeal.

but in this thread http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=37757 you mentioned that you still have student visa but got psw rejection with right of appeal. Now tell me, should i beleive you or not?

NO need to fight over this issue whether Oby1983 is telling truth or not. He is here for advice and that is what he should get.

Obey1983 if u still have a valid visa (and u can provide the evidence that u have studied there legitimately) u can apply for Judicial Review only. Judicial review (sort of an appeal in direct to high court) is for ppl who still have a valid visa. Right of appeal is only when ur current visa has expired.

Hope this helps. Good luck Oby1983

You are asking about stuff that every mature person should know about.

OK before I answer u lets play a game here first. If I asked u the same question, what would be ur reply to me Oby183. What are the things that u ll need to include as an evidence in ur case? Dont worry I will correct u if u r wrong or incomplete answer. ( Remember anyone can make assignments so it cant be just assignments...just a hint)

Hello Pure_Soul how are you? After a long time it is very nice to see your reply. Please tell me if aby1983 can answer 1.how many students were there in his classroom? 2.Who were the tutors and which subject did they teach? 3.How many assignments and exam (optional, not necessary)? Most of the subjects were based on assignments if oby answer.4.How far was his college from his residence?5.If there was any powerpoint presentation during lecture or as part of the assignment and if oby can show the picture of his group member or their name appeared on the group report I think it's still acceptable.

Pure_Soul I may be wrong.I know you are an expert.Just want to help Oby in his critical time.Regards.

Guys grow up please.

Biswanath here are the answers.
A1. 27
A2. MR. PURE SOUL , MR BISWANATH , MR UKBA
A3. Didnt understand ur Q
A4. 10 mins on bus
A5. there was no powerpoint presentation

Can u prove that i am a liar? NO u cant. so grow up and think what would be an evidence. Ofcourse u need a letter from the college that they made a mistake and that u have studied there. Plus everything else that proves ur link with the college. Fee payment slips, books, assignments, college letter, principal's card.

Secondly I would not advice any real students of college (including Oby1983) to answer any questions as there are fake students on this forum who might use ur answers to help their cases.

Cheers

U must be joking.
If u haven't realised yet then let me make it clear. U have been accused of deception by UKBA. Any future visa applications will get rejected.

My last post today. Gud night
