pernament residency

Hi,
I am thinking about applying to permanent residency. I have been living in the UK for 6 years now, I am EU-citizen. Bur I found that the application form requires too many stuff I am not sure I can get. In addition to that I was using my overdraft on my bank account over the last 4 years, so the statement show minus numbers. do you think that would cover 'sufficient funds available' for me?
