what a person needs to do if he is already on igs from CCL and the extention is due in near future although he has maintaned the required balance in the bank account for 3 months.

there's already one guy in this forum from CCL who has applied for IGS to PSW and unfortunately sent his diploma along with application . so the thing is you dont need to send anything except for bank statements as you are not claiming points for diploma rather for your maintainenace funds but if you think you are too smart and should let them know being honest that you have got IGS on CCL diploma than go ahead and i assure you a 100% rejection with deception allegation but i hope you wont do that mistake and just send your statements and application form..that's it you are done unless HO itself do previous checks on your application and finds out that you got your previous leave on CCL diploma then that's your luck !

if ho check the previous record of diploma, then what would be chances to get an extention, altough we have already got igs and that time they were satisfied thats why they granted our application. so is that the point to argue if they refuse our application despite the fect that we have completed our qualification in the last year april 2008, and the college had beed raided in december. where we were wrong? thats my question is?

The guy u speaking about got the diploma from LCMIT not CCL...

if you still have couple of months on your current leave then better wait and apply after the decision of test case when things will be much clear..the test case is pending on 3rd june and most probably it will take 2-3 weeks for decision so lets say it will b decided by the end of june so better wait until then and if you havent got time then no other option but to send your application with bank statement as you are not liable to send diploma as per rules of IGS 2 PSW but if they will check your previous records and find out that you were given IGS on CCL doc then you will be really unfortunate !

one off my friend just received his pasprt with extionsion from a college which was removed from list and closed down by home office but still got psw.

HE APPLIED ON 8 APRIL AND GOT HIS PASSPORT BACK ON 15 MAY AND IT WAS FROM BIC.

That college was never closed down by home office. It ws removed from list because it lost affiliation with their university and that college has got Tie4 License and also registered for Tier1.

It was closed down but reopened later on when the satisfied the HO and got Tier 4 Registration
