advice

Post by tina_44 » Sat Apr 24, 2004 10:15 pm

Hi Everybody :?:

My husband is dependant on my student visa. He got a job within multinational company. My question having 70 points it is possible to him to apply to the HSMP within UK (were both are from a no-national country) or it is better that the company applies to get a WP as the selection process took 8 months, 700 people applied to 25 posts and the people were selected from all over Europe?.

Thanks a lot for you help and advice

Apply for HSMP as its a sort of 'super' workpermit and your hubby does not have to be tied to one particular Employer

regarding to HSMP advice

Dear Chess

What are the implications regarding to HSMP process as
- He already got a job
- He is from a non-national country.
- He is allowed to work full time because is depandant on my student visa
- He was student before he became dependant on my visa.
- He will be applying within UK.

Thanks a lot for your answers

Tina,

Please review the HSMP guidance notes and application form. If your husband has all the necessary proof for the claimed HSMP points he will get the HSMP status

Good Luck
