Indian passport expires before naturalition

Indian passport expires before naturalition

Hi,

My 5 year old daugter's indian passport expires end of Dec 2009. she has ILR and due to apply for naturalisation along with us in Feb 2010. Do I have to renew this or can use it for another 6 month until we get British passport in Mar/Apr next year.

If it has expired she can't use it to travel, but she does not need a valid passport to be naturalised.
