GUDANCE NEEDED

Post by blacknura » Tue Oct 13, 2009 10:08 am

hi everybody

NEWS

i[Indian] got married to my GF[British] on 05/oct/2009 in India in a registry office after 30 days notification which was given in august
we are so happy about that and we ar looking forward for making the application and living together in UK again

MY NEED

i will have question now and then and i request all the senior members and members to help me out

QUESTIONS

1] Is there any format of letter to get from landlord
we have landlord agreement for us which started in feb 2009 where we both lived for 1.5 months and i came back to Indiain march 2009
other posts/replies gave an idea that i should get a letter from landlord which mentions the property size and housemates
if possible if anyone could post the format or something like that of letter to get from landlord will be helpful

2] She is final year MBBS student, she will be start working in July 2010 with NHS
As she is a student will my application get rejected
replies/suggestion regarding the same will be appreciated [we could show savings of around £40000 (£15000 in hers + £10000 in our joint account + £4000 in my UK account + £13000 in my Indian savings)]

Thanks in advance

waiting for some replies

Hi!
Well you have to be very careful with your application as your earlier refusal may affect your current application. These days they look for anything to refuse. What grounds were you refused earlier?

Take Care

it was refused on basis of maintanence

its kinda complicated it was refused for maintanence
but i wasnt given rite of appeal as i applied 8 days of my visa expiry
i came out of the country on my own after collecting the passport

many say that refusal will not affect as it is spouse

thanks for your reply
