job of applicant in home country

in settlement visa case visa can be refuse beause applicant have no job in her home country but sponsor is working in uk full time pay rents and everything,just want to know can eco deny visa beause applicant have no job in own country thanks so much,

Its the main responsibility of the UK sponsor to be financially stable, as it is a settlement visa it does not matter if the applicant is orking as they are leaving their country to settle her!!!!!
