APPEALLING... :(

Hi everyone

I am putting an appeal for a refused settlement visa (fiance - initially 6 months) via lawyer just wondering how long it could take 2 get a court date??????

I have no hope of the entry clearance manager overrulling so roughly how long would it take from submitting the appeal to AIT to recieving a court date? With the lawyer fees i wont be able to afford visiting so my partner sooo ... any ideas welcomed!

my lawyer thinks we have good grounds of appeal.....some facts wer clearly missed by the ECO.....
