tier 1 application from india

i have enough points for tier 1.
couple of question i have please answer.
1) maintance for main application and two dependent.(any special condition for maintanance as i passed more than one year in uk)
2) processing time as only 37 days holiday from employer.#
3)visa application fees for all togather with dependent or alone.
4)Maximum time limit.
all peoples comment welcome.
Espesially senior persons.
