Sample cover letter for spouse's visa

Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent example (or template) of a cover letter that i (UK citizen and sponsor) and my fiance (applicant) could send with our spouse's visa application?

A lot of things written on that letter probably have nothing to do with your situation so as it states, write everything in your own words.

It needs formatting to make relevant to you and your wife but that shouldnt be too hard/complicated..

I think I had a password on this when I created the document, think the password is immigration (lowercase)... if it doesnt open I will have to have a dig around on old laptop and email it to you..
