Dependent Visa

Hi Group

Thank you for your time in advance.

My wife and baby were on Work Permit but she resigned. she will be overstaying for 4 days because of fever. She will be going back to home country for Tier1 Dependent visa. What process should i follow since the British Embassy might look and chances of rejecting her dependent visa.

I dont think 4 days should be a problem. You will not be treated as overstayer if you leave voluntarily within 28 days of your visa expiry (apparently)
