HSMP Extension T1

HSMP Extension T1

Hi All,

I am about to apply for my HSMP Extension in T1 General,

Please can anyone help me with following questions.

1 - Earning Proof: I am working full time and self Employed, i will be submitting following documents for my earning proof (1 feb 2009 to 31 Jan 2010)
-Salary Slips
-Bank Statements orignal
-Accountant letter for my self employed work

2- i have 3 depandands (wife and 2 kids both under 7 years of age and my all depandends came with me here on initial application), How much do i need to show as my maintaince of Fund is it 800 or 800+500+500+500

3- I'm planning to go PEO for my application, do i need to get my all dependands Appointment reference number even for kids?

You need to get appointment reference for every dependants that will be going with you even for kids, but they not necessarily have to accompany you that day. Hope this helps

You need to have bit more evidence for self-employemnet like pl/loss accounts from accountant
