Do you have payslips ? also can you get a letter from employer ?
They generally ask for P60's so try to provide it.

HO needs to know that you were economically active in UK and paying NI and Tax for all 5 years of your stay in WP/tier2 category.
(some have luckily got through this rule in strict terms....)

Try to arrange the missing payslips from your employer.

A letter from employer mentioning all the salary details in a tabular fashion month-wise for all the months where you did not have P60s/payslips.
It should mention your gross salary, NI no., NI deducted, tax deducted, net salary, etc. and mode of payment. (similar to your current payslip details)
The net salary should match with your a/c stmt.

employer can and should issue you a copy of P60 upon your request.

the document will be clearly marked as "COPY" and you still have to provide supporting evidence ie payslips/letter from the employer

Work permit approval does not show that you have paid TAX/NI. You need to show this.
You can take a chance as I said depends on the caseworker.
