Got schengen visa, but going to diff country. Is it unlawful?

Post by crusador0408 » Sun Feb 28, 2010 11:34 am

Hello folks,
I am filing schengen visa second time after my one month schengen visa expired. I hope to get multiple entry this time. I will be doing this visa dutch embassy.

Now, I do not want to travel to holland. Is it possible I can make first trip to france ? Problem is where I stay dutch embassy office is there which is easy for me to process my visa and appointments are easily available.

Is it unlawful to travel to another country without travelling to the country that stamped your visa?

Thanks for your time.
I have my ILR since march 2013, previously based on HSMP+Tier1 ext. All views are my own, am not a professional on immigration matters.
