tier 1 salary query

Hi,
My salary is 38k per annum, after my shift allowance and some over time it comes up to 56k per annum. am I still eligible to claim points between 50,000 and 59,999.

for yr wording it looks u r fine , the aditional salary part should be part of taxable income to get points from HO
