Few Employers need slaves than employees?

Post by npanglia » Tue Apr 13, 2010 1:13 pm

Hi
I approached the HR department of my organization to issue me "Employee Letter" and told them I need to apply for personal visa.
They informed me that they cannot provide this if you are trying for work visa.

Please let me know if it is fine to not to produce such letter. However I have got my salary slip stamped and signed by finance team.

I hope these salary slips will be suffice Tier 1 earning condition.

Why do you want to have employee letter, if you have the original salary slips or the signed and stamped salary slips?

And then they reach us in school.... Honesty is the best policy.

Also I have electronic payslips being stamped & signed by employer. I hope that will suffice criteria (without having letter of employment from employer)

And will you still expect the Home office to accept a letter that isn't addressed to them?

There a few "employee friendly" companies which write on the payslips that it is attested to enable the employee to apply for a loan.

Thanks
