Business plan needed?

Dear all,

I'm about to apply for the entrepreneur visa and I'm wondering that is business plan needed?

Is this visa valid for 3 years?

Anyone please advice.

AFAIK~
Business plan is not mandatory for applicantion.
And it will be valid for 3 years initially.

can u plz help regarding bank letter about the funds available, (200K), any draft or any specimen letter, because its matter of 75 marks with just one letter.

The policy guidance have the speciman for this letter.

no you do not need business plan for entrepreneur visa, i submited my application on 12/05/2011 and received my passport back with visa stamped on it on 19/05/2011 and i did ot submit any business plan

Business plans are decision-making tools. There is no fixed content for a business plan. Rather the content and format of the business plan is determined by the goals and audience. A business plan should contain whatever information is needed to decide whether or not to pursue a business goal.

No business plan needed.

It is for three years initially then two more years if you qualify for extension. But the extension rules are tougher than initial application. And if you qualify for extension for two years then you qualify for ILR.

Bank letter and other letter formats are at the end of guidance notes.
