Actually, home office has refused my visa because I didn't provide them all original documents which are mentioned in my CAS number. In fact I had given them only my last year diploma certificate and didn't give them my secondary and professional degree certificate, even though these documents are already submitted when I got the entry clearance. They have given me 10 points for maintenance but not given 30 points of CAS number.
Now they have given me appeal right, please advice me , what should I do now. Anybody can you guide me.WHAT GROUND SHOULD I USE.
Thanks

so in short you are doing a course right now without a visa and that visa has been refused and you are now in the midst of the appeal process.. it is gonna take another couple of months for your appeal to be heard and then it will take time for your visa to be stamped.. so by the time your visa gets stamped for this particular course, the course would already be over !! .. Am I right in my facts?

Now, I am appealing against the decision. Could you please tell me that If appeal goes in favour of me than what will happen . Will they ask me to send my bank statement and other documents again or will they decide on the previous application facts.
Thanks

An appeal is basically for you to prove that the rejection was wrong on the part of UKBA. You should be submitting copies of all your documents for the appeal process though more focus would be given to the ones that caused your visa to be rejected. I cant really say what the outcome of your appeal would be ( and for how many months would your visa be allotted if appeal successful ) but you should be eligible for your PSW after your course.

To be on the safe side, put them all in.. An appeal based on points begin usually with the judge ticking off each document for which you got points and then focusing on where you lost points. Of course this also depends from judge to judge..

They will send you a letter with the date of your appeal but I cant really say when you would get that letter or within how many days your appeal would be scheduled..

do you have a lawyer representing you? If so, then the acknowledgment letter would be send to the lawyer's office. Btw, it would have been better if you had gone for an oral hearing. Just my opinion..
