how long i have to wait

hi i submited my application eea4 after divorces
at 16 03-10 till today i did'nt receiver COA,i cant wait more in that i have to give my coa to my employer ,and i been waiting as well legacy cases im here from 2000 and i apply for asylum seeker at 2000 ,any one can he know how long take please

How long where u married? Perhaps the app is under suspicion if you'd applied for asylum, married and EU National and divorced in the minimum timeframes, there's a lot abuse and marriages of convenience on the EEA route....

hi thanks for reply ,i been married for 6 years and divorced in march i submited 44a under eurpeean law 3 year marriage with eea member,i enquirey about coa , iand i send ho for legacy cases as well

You can write to UKBA and ask them to send you COA. Did you marry in register office in uk?

Just send an email to UKBA (NWCSU@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk) and complain to them, remember to put your name DOB address so that they can identify you. I applied in Feb 2010 and got my COA in March / April, 8 days after I sent an email to the HO.
