Applying dependent visa while working in India

Post by lakshminithya » Mon Jun 07, 2010 11:03 am

Hi,

My Fiancee has Tier 1 visa and is working in UK for the past 2.5 years. I am getting married next month and planning to apply dependent visa within a week after marriage. I am working for a company in India. I have submitted my resignation and serving my notice period.

Will there be any problem if I apply for a dependent visa when I am working for an Indian company(during notice period)? Could you please help me in understanding the rules related to dependent visa?

Thanks
