Tier 4 Dependant to Tier 2

Hi guys,

The Tier 2 guidance notes are quite vague on this topic as they say that you can change to a Tier 2 Visa in country on "Any Tier 1 or Tier 2 status". However, if a person is a dependant on a Tier 4 visa does this still apply?

is a clear link to say who can switch.

"if a person is a dependant on a Tier 4" this makes no sense do you mean you are a Tier 4 Dependant ? or did you go as another dependant and now have a Tier 4 - this may be why no one replied!!!!!
