i am on old work permit. my baby born in uk and i would like to apply for his dependent visa, what will be the best option shell i apply here or take my baby to back home and apply from there.

* we planning to take my baby back home to see my parents.

The best option would be to apply from here.

If applying from outside the UK, then see also What do my dependants need to make an application? and SET7.14 What is the position of Children born in the UK on or after 1 January 1989 but who are not British Citizens?

Thanks for reply, would you please tell me what form need to fill up for my baby (born in uk ) work permit dependent visa . As i am on work permit issued on 2007.
he is going to apply outside the uk.

Many Thanks ,so this mean my baby has to complete part 8 ONLY or some other part in the form as wel.
