Bank Stement......Electronic Prints signed and stamped

Hi,

Until last year for every extension just on the day of application, I used to go to bank they print out pages and signed and stamped. This time i went to bank they refused to stamp and sign it. I went again and this time other advisor she took print outs on bank letter head and refused to sign and stamp it. Then I keep visiting different branches and one branch stamped and signed it but on on the bank letter head.

As i have no previous original statements and next statement will come out on 30th July and I have no time left to wait for duplicate statements. So I am sending the electronic print outs with stamp and sign and in personal statement I mentioned the situation and I shall send the original as soon as I receive them. Is this OK ?
