can i challange with the HO for appealing against giving me discretionary leave to remain in the UK for 3 years from July 2010-July2013 and NOT happy with HO decision as i am from Somalia and came this country 2006 and applied asylum seeker in this country and been recognised as asylum or refugee .
P.S. I'm from somalia and the HO got no doubts about that and there's still war going on Somalai since 1991 till i mean (endless WAR) So why i shouldn't be reconised as a refugee in this country and not granted indefinate leave to emain in the UK?
