Tier 1 (G) - Extension Documents Query

Post by newbie_2011 » Fri Oct 22, 2010 10:09 pm

I am new to this forum. I am planning to apply tier1 extention next month.

First time while applying (2008 march) i have the claimed following points
Qualification -30
Earnings - 40
UK Exp - 5
Age -5
English/fund -10/10
Do i need to submit my qualification/English/Age proof once again for extension ?
Or is it my tier1 approval letter is enough ?

Earnings/UKExp/Fund - Anyway i am going to submit all new proofs and it is mandatory to show the proof.

The policy guidance clearly explains the qualifying criteria for extension applications and the documentary evidence(s) needed.

The application form explains whether or not you need to resubmit the same documents again.

Ifs you see tier1 application form pages-42/56 and SectionB/N4/Section4.
There are four options to prove the qualification and last one is "Evidence Previously provided with applications initial tier1 general application"
What is mean by that - is it approval letter ?

I mean, there is a summary letter from home office regarding the visa success information and points awarded details.

Also if you see the application form the following option is specified

"Evidence Previously provided with applications initial tier1 general application"

what proof will confirm the above?

"Evidence Previously provided with applications initial tier1 general application" means you have already provided the document/proof in your initial application and don't have to provide again.

Now my understanding is, if I tick these boxes then I don't see show any proof for Qualification/English language points.
Anyone tried like this?
