I am a British Citizen Wife came into UK on 2yrs spouse visa' 1year and some months ago,but the relationship is not working out well and l think l may not continue the relationship as things are.Pls l need advice on what to do thanks

Relationship breakdown (during the probationary period) could result in curtailment of your visa, unless you are victim of domestic abuse.

Seek legal help.

Do you mean that you won't support her application for ILR when the time comes and are asking how to notify the Home Office?
HRY2005 I think the OP is British with a wife on a 2 year spouse visa.

I also supports what Sammad suggested. The OP should try and give the relationship a second chance.
