tier1 extension earnings less than 12 months

Hi,If my earings with in 6 months prove the eligilby criteria for earnings proof, can i proceed with that?Is it madatory to show 12 months payslip?

No you don't need to show it for full 12 months, as long as the 6 months meets up the earning requirement, you will be fine. But please explain this in your covering letter, it may help the case worker. Goodluck

I received the same information from Border Agency, ie earnings can be for less than the full 12 months.
