I came to UK in 2008 for 2 years and got extension in the year 2010 for another 3 years.
But, for the ILR I have been falling short of 2 months..I am worried when I apply for next extension do I need to masters as when I entered only bachelors was applicable.
Any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kavita

Yes I have the same question, how did you get 2 years to start with and 3 year extension. Can you give the exact month you got entry clearance/visa and also when you entered the UK?sojan wrote:u Say u got Tier1 in 2008 for 2 years?
