visa refusal t1

unfortunately i was refused visa under 320 forge documents

but i have right to appeal

i am going to appeal

as appeal will help me stay for a while and see if i win appeal if lucky...


but my question is can i switch to student catogory in mean time or in last when decision is final by judge?
in search of immigration updates

If you have been given chance to appeal, why not use it properly. If you honestly think docs weren't forged then you have a case.

Dear tyre

You have to give us more inform to help us advice you correctly. Which documents were alleged to have been forged? Honestly did you forge any? With a good solicitor, you can easily prove the authenticity of your documents and win your appeal.
