Planning to Apply UK Tier 1 Visa by March 10 2010

Hi,

Please can you advise on the below,

(i) I have just started maintaing funds from Dec 1 and planning to apply by March 2011. Im afraid whether I will be out of the quota as I see there are lot of pending applications awaiting to be cleared, also Tier I visa is going to be ruled out from April 2011. Kindly advise if I can proceed with applying for a Tier I visa.

(ii) Apart from my salary and I have showed part time income which came from consulting/project work to add another 5 points. Is this okay , if so can you advise the required documents for the same.

To be honest with you, there will be very less chances of getting your visa 1% may be.

Not to disaapoint you, it is the situation.

keeps the documents ready and maintain funds. you are planning to apply after march 10 right? If quota not over in march, things looks hopeful, you can apply. otherwise leave it.
