switching from Tier 2 to Tier 1

switching from Tier 2 to Tier 1

Hi All,

I have arrived in uk in october 2010 on Tier 2 Employer sponsored Visa.
I wish to switch to Tier 1 Category.
When i can apply to switch ?
Is it necessary to wait for 12 months to switch to Tier 1 category..


Please help.. ASAP.

You can apply now if you are planning to use earnings from your home country.you willl be expected to present previous earnings covering 12 consecutive months out of past 15 months.the uplift ratio will be applied in this case.other senior memebrs will add to this.good luck

Are you talking about earnings in last 12 months? Or are you talking about the maintenance (which needs to be maintained for 3 months)?

I am talking about earning in last 12 months and not the maintainence funds .

Receipts of what? Did you mean payslips?
