lost passport

lost passport

my friend has lost the passport of his first arrival to this country (also expired) he has copies of his first visa and entry date of first arrival althoug his new passport stamped with ilr but he want to apply for BC next month as he been here for last three years as spouce so can he send the potocopies of his first arrival date as a proof any idea thanks
plz let me know if im saying anything incorrect

no, he need to send the passport with the ILR in it, write that passport number on the form.

He could apply for a SAR from Home Office which would specify the immigration history including a copy of the landing card he filled upon his first entry, This would authenticate his first entry, Alternatively he could show official evidence - pay slips etc to confirm his presence in the UK.

if he send medical card issud him three years before

A medical card doesn't show his presence in the UK for the last three years.

He needs to prove he was here, best thing would be payslips.
