Certificate of Approval - Question

Post by accastudent » Wed Jan 12, 2011 2:11 pm

Hi, My question is abt COA.

If a person apply for COA who is subject to immigration control, and marrying a British citizen, should both apply on two forms, or only the person who is subject to immigration control, and his proposed partner fill the relevant parts.

Regards.
