MN1 - Help

Me , my wife and 6 yr old kid have all got ILR on Apr-2010 under WP+ Tier 1. We have stayed in UK for more then 5 yrs now and planning to apply for BC in April. My kid was born in India but spent more then 5 yrs in UK

The question is Under what section of British nationality act do we need to apply for the BC?
