when shud i leave if dont want to go for appeal...

this is second time from court giving me appeal right.. but i want to go back home and i need to wind up....

so how long can i stay legally which can not effect future application..

i got letter with permission to appeal from court on 17th march...

tyre, presumably that ability to appeal is time-limited? That is, if you decide to appeal then such appeal needs to be lodged by a certain date?

That date, should you not appeal, is also the date you should leave the UK by. IF you need longer, then appeal, leave the UK, then withdraw the appeal.
