Return to the UK on Tier 4 student visa after Youth Mobility

Post by jholl23 » Wed Mar 23, 2011 2:25 pm

Hello,

I have been in the UK for 18 months on a Youth Mobility Visa, and would like to return to the UK to pursue a university degree. Is it possible to return to the UK on a Tier 4 Student Visa after having a Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Can you please elaborate on how I would go about doing this?

Thank you

your nationality does not help you one bit in any UK visa applications. (that goes for USA, Canada, NZ as well) It's a common misconception that if you have a passport from 1st world countries, you will be considered more favourably. NOT TRUE.
